My name is Emma, I am the owner and sole baker of Baking What Matters. I’ve baked since I was little with my Grandpa, and worked in many kitchens as an adult. Being creative is a passion and making delicious desserts is just a bonus! There are a lot of hours and late nights put into making great tasting desserts all from scratch. From my cake and cake pops all the way to cookies and candy, you won’t find a box mix in my kitchen.
